Channa Basava Sri Education & Rural Cultural Society Hullur

Channa Basava Sri Education & Rural Cultural Society Hullur established the S. N. D National Public School in June 2012. Initially, the school offered classes from 1st to 5th in Kannada medium, and in 2016, English medium was introduced for the same classes. By 2019, the school expanded to offer classes for 6th to 8th grade, and in 2023, it received permission to offer classes up to 10th grade. Over the last 13 years, the school has continuously provided quality education to around 2000-2500 students. Many of these students have gone on to pursue successful careers in fields like medicine and engineering.

In line with the vision of Jamkhandi Channa Basava Sri, the school offers free education to 10-15 children every year. Since 2019, the school has been actively participating in various competitions and has won 85% of the awards in categories such as Pratibha Karanji, sports, general knowledge, and more, with students being selected for district and state-level events. The school's dedication to excellence is reflected in its staff as well, with one teacher receiving the district-level best teacher award and another winning the state-level best teacher award. Additionally, the school was honored with the state award for being an ideal school in 2022.

Apart from academic achievements, the school emphasizes the implementation of human values in students' lives. It also provides rural and Kannada medium certificates to students. The school ensures personal care for each student and focuses on shaping them into responsible individuals. In the hostel, students are woken up at 5:00 am for practice sessions, followed by yoga exercises, with classes starting at 7:00 am. Classes run continuously until 7:00 pm, after which students engage in activities like abhas (study sessions) and meals.

The school maintains high standards in its kitchen and dining facilities, ensuring that students can eat as much as they want. Every Sunday, there is a special meal. The school invites everyone to visit and explore its facilities before applying.
